Ross Murdoch

Ross Murdoch is a Scottish competitive swimmer who has represented Great Britain in the Summer Olympics, the FINA World Championships and the European Championships as well as Scotland in the Commonwealth Games. Murdoch won the gold medal in the 200 metre breaststroke at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, beating favourite, Olympic silver medallist and fellow Scot Michael Jamieson.  Ross followed on from this success by beating the Olympic champion to take Gold in the European Championships the following year.
 
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
•       2017 British Swimming Champion in 200m breaststroke
•       2016 European Champion, beating the reigning Olympic champion in 200m breaststroke. Also won Silver and Bronze at the event
