(30 day supply)
AGF-1 is the ultimate formula to accelerate lean muscle growth
- Increases androgen receptor availability Kraemer WJ. (2006). Androgenic responses to resistance exercise: effects of feeding and L-carnitine.
- Reduces cortisol. Starks et al (2008) The effects of phosphatidylserine on endocrine response to moderate intensity exercise
- Increases testosterone levels. Topo (2009). The role and molecular mechanism of D-aspartic acid in the release and synthesis of LH and testosterone in humans and rats.
This Combination can accelerate lean muscle gains in conjunction with appropriate training programme.
- Recent research has shown that phosphatidylserine can enhance muscle protein synthesis through the MTOR pathway thus increasing muscle mass. Phosphatidic Acid enhances MTOR signalling and resistance exercise induced hypertrophy (2014) Joy JM, Gundermann DM, Lowery RP, Jager R, McCleary SA, Purpura M, Roberts MD, Wilson SM,. Nutr Metab (London)
AGF-1 is best taken
-During hypertrophy training phases - this can help increase muscle mass
-During times of injury - which can prevent muscle atrophy
-During times of intense competition when resistance training is minimal - this can help maintain muscle mass
